The geographical spread of members has now moved beyond Kent into Essex and beyond. Although widely considered as a hotbed of single-line flyers, Member's interests cover every form of flying and falling device.
We have, as one of our aims, set ourselves the task of promoting kite flying within Kent and the UK. As well as attending the regular festivals we have demonstrated kites at a number of Kent events

Kite flying is a very popular hobby but it's very easy to get discouraged when your new kite won't fly. Obviously a good source of help is another kite flyer and we've got plenty in our ranks. Buying your kite from an established kite shop is another way of making the right choice of kite and keeping it in the air.
