		For those who have been to  my site before and have returned  expecting music and dancing penguins I am sorry they are no longer here. After 10 years of doing nothing to my dusty old site  I have finally decided to update it. So out has gone the gif graphics and in has come more information and more comment. I have updated my links as best I can and added a few more, that I personally have found useful. Email: ab@netcomuk.co.uk	My Homepage was begun back in October of 1994. At the time the internet although fully functional was really quite unfriendly. The fantastic search engines that exist today did not exist. Finding help on a subject like Multiple Sclerosis was difficult. For that reason my MS Links page began.
