Each walk is circular, showing parking, any nearby toilets and giving a reason for the walk, all aim for something historic or unusual in the Cotswolds, be it an ancient burial mound which can still be entered by the brave at heart, a monument to someone burnt at the stake by Christians for translating the Bible into English, or a whole army turned to stone by a witches curse! its all within these pages. Maps and text are well laid out, with lots of drawings of what you can see. Distance of each walk is given along with expected time for completion.
