The home for the elderly is in the village of Szent Peter/Sint Petru about 5 kilometres from Brasov.

The home initally opened with 10 residents and is currently being extended to increase the number of residents to 20. Accommodation is in twin rooms each with a provate bathroom. There is a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry. As well as a garden for residents to sit in there is a large field where fruit and vegetables are grown.
