Replace stern post,
Replace keelson and hog + metal floor hangers
Replace aft and fore deadwoods
midship reframing F 12-22: both sides
fit new planking lower four -port side
Phase 2:
Relocate to Hemel Hempstead (Herts) -Sept l999
Set up portacabin workshop.
Complete reframing stern & bow sections.
Fit ballast keel and keel bolts.
Replace four lowest planks: starboard. -Prepare starboard side for undercoating. -Construct 'winter' roof over boat.
Xmas & New Millennium

Fit new sheer planks + beam shelves
Fit deck beams & carlines.
Fit hanging & lodging knees.
Fit plywood decking.
Construct fore hatch.
Construct cabin roof
Construct cockpit
Xmas 2000
Phase 4:
internal fitting out.
fit 20 HP diesel engine
order: spars, sails, rigging.
contract out for teak laid deck
caulk all seams.
replace faulty keel bolts
paint hull
Phase 5:
Transport to Ipswich :Fox's Marina
Final preparations for launching.
