2nd edition corrections

In Figure 11.D.5 on p514 the arrow on the normal vector should be pointing the other way so that this vector is pointing down into the plane. (Added Jan 2004)

On p235, four lines below the heavy rule, the last three digits of the answer should be 400 so making 3 486 784 400.
