maker's mark of John White.
Plate 10 Cake basket, silver, 1739-40, maker's mark of Paul de Lamerie. Engraved with the arms of Coote impaling those of Newport, as borne by Algernon Coote, 6th Earl of Mountrath (1689-1744).
Height 11 in. (28 cm)
Plate 11 Cup and cover, silver-gilt, 1737-8, maker's mark of John White. Applied with the cast arms of King as borne by John, 2nd Lord King and Baron of Ockham (1704-40).
Height 14 in. (35.5 cm)
