Kari
is our Norwegian Forest Cat queen, and a particularly lovely girl she is too. Not just in looks, but with a friendly, easy going nature that makes her a real joy to have around. Often in books the NFC is compared to the Maine Coon, because we breed both you can compare them for yourself! They are both beautiful breeds with lush fur and a hardiness that is the result of their wild ancestry. Yet their coats are remarkably easy to keep, certainly not needing too much attention with a brush.
And this is Bo
who is nothing at all to do with our breeding programme but is a neuter boy who was just so cute that Jan couldn't resist him! More like a dog than a cat, Bo follows you around and tries to trip you up if he doesn't think he's had enough cuddles yet. A huge blue coat keeps him warm and dry whatever the weather, hence his hobby of sitting in the rain (or snow) just watching the world go by.
