hereby declare that we are committed to promoting and supporting the aims and objectives of the Partnership for Action Against Wildlife Crime (PAW).

We understand that as a non-Government Partner we will participate in the work of the Partnership and have the opportunity to:

• send a representative to an annual Open Seminar, where PAW's activities will be reviewed, and where ideas for future agenda items and issues will be gathered;

• submit suggestions and ideas to the Secretariat for consideration by the PAW Steering Group, and/or by the Working Groups;

• contribute directly to the activities of the Working Groups by submitting papers for discussion and/or nominating a person with appropriate specialist skills to serve on any of the Working Groups;

• receive regular PAW Bulletins every four to six months.

We also understand that, as a partner, we will be expected to:

• promote, support and contribute to efforts to enforce national and/or international wildlife legislation, within the terms of our own mandate or terms of reference;

• co-operate with the statutory enforcement authorities by providing specialist advice and information; by volunteering information about potential offences; and, by assisting with any other enquiries;

• ensure that our members are kept fully informed of the legislative controls that apply to them, and urge them to comply with them at all times.
