If The Moon Was Green Cheese

Money would grow on trees,
Life would be a breeze,
If the stars were diamonds
And the moon was cheese.

Politics would be banned
And all lawyers canned,

Dragons would rule the sky
And all pigs could fly,

Pink elephants would sing,
But Elvis still be king,

Oranges would be blue
And greens would be through,

There’d be no Schrodinger’s cat,
The Earth would be flat,

The Sun would always shine,
Water turn to wine,

The world might be at peace
And all fighting cease,

Money would grow on trees,
Life would be a breeze,
If the stars were diamonds
And the moon was cheese.

If only the stars were diamonds
And the moon green cheese.
