> Now formed! This new association is in business. SoCLA was formed in London in December 2001, by individual members of the Labour Party. It is intended for Members of the Labour Party seeking to give expression to a concern with human rights and fundamental freedoms in the conduct of civil society, both in the UK and throughout the European Union. SoCLA membership is limited to Members of the Labour Party, and affiliation is limited to affiliates of the Labour Party.
