Sunday 13 April
The Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Scotland held its Open Show at Cochrane
Hall, Alva with our Judge Frank Whyte (Kazval). Milo was first in the ring
and won Open Dog and was Reserve Best Dog to Nicky Boyd/Sharon Rossiter &
Anthea Fox's Teddy (Sonstraal Gabe's Prospect at Sescheke). Kudo was next
up in Veteran Dog/Bitch, which he won and then Anny's sisters Kenda & Lexie
were in Puppy Bitch alongside Anny's aunt Peaches. Peaches won her class
with Kenda 3rd and Lexie 4th. Anny was up next in Junior Bitch and took
the class ... the judge commented on her "lovely, free
movement".
Choccy was in Open Bitch and she showed beautifully and won her class well. Anny's mum Gabby was 3rd today and was as mad as ever.
Sharon handled Choccy in the bitch line up and she took Best Bitch and in the challenge took a well deserved Best in Show !!!

Saturday 12 April
Hound Association of Scotland Championship Show - this was Anny's first
Championship outing and she performed extremely well. Unfortunately she
wasn't placed today. However, her aunt Fudge (CH Sonstraal Christmas Eve)
won Open Bitch, took the Bitch CC and was Best of Breed. Fab, we thought
until we got the phone call to say that she had gone BEST IN SHOW !!!!
